I have checked for further updates and there are none. The Personalization menu should be showing me the options at the bottom, under colors, to turn dark mode on or off off in my case.

However, the option was not there, nor could I click on anything in the Colors screen – no matter what I tried to click on, nothing happened. I could not customize colors or anything. I watched several tutorial videos and read several pages of instructions, but that option was simply not there.

I had tried before to click on the High Contrast link to the right on this screen, and I could not click on it. However, I finally tried that again and I was allowed to turn high contrast off.
