I’m having an issue on some machines where the ‘Get Add-ins’ button is greyed out. I can still access the store through the ‘Manage Add-ins” option in Outlook, but for some reason the ‘Get Add-ins’ button is greyed out and not clickable.

The button does work when Outlook is in Safe Mode though. That led me to believe that it’s an add-in interfering so I’ve disabled all my add-ins through the desktop app and the OWA side. Still the button is greyed out. I can access the webstore without issue in the web browser. I’m currently on Semi-Annual, I’ve done full re-installs and used the office removal tool in between those installs. This issue is only present on some of my computers, not all. Just wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue or seen something similar.

I’m using Outlook as the example but the button is greyed out across the office install. Based on your description, your admin has disable it for users like you. Was this reply helpful?
