Repairing Office Starter Excel and Word Microsoft Office Starter – Microsoft Community.
There is really very little we can do to “repair” apps in Click to Run environments. If the repair and program and features base “re-install” don’t work, the only remaining tool I know of is to use the Windows “refresh” partition to restore Windows. That wipes all of your installed programs and personal data files. How satisfied are you with this reply?
