I have purchased office , project pro and visio via the HUP. I have downloaded and installed office and project but visio is a no go. I have downloaded and deleted the initial file multiple times thinking this error “Something went wrong” and the file will not install.
I had exactly the same problem while trying to install the bit version of Visio Download and install the 60 day trial of Visio After installation, open the program. The initial splash screen has an option to enter a product key. Choose that option, enter in your product key. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. Thanks for the reply, so that means basically that i have to uninstall Office preview so that i can install the purchased version of Visio Professional Visio Plan 2 Subscription version Your work or school account should already have an assigned license for Visio Plan 2.
