How do you display the header and footer on a page in Word ? The only time I can see it is in a print preview screen. Not happy that is displays on all pages but will deal with that. Possibly you have “white space between pages” hidden. The easiest way to restore it is to mouse over the space between pages until you get the “Double-click to show white space” ScreenTip, then double-click.
